Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the top of Carinthia's Gailtal valley, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourist region and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops, various hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (water and wellness oasis Aquarena). You can either reach it by car or take the ski bus after a 150 m walk, which will take you directly to the skiing area.
