Camping with views of the AdriaticYou will be staying overnight within three hundred metres of the Adriatic at this Croatian campsite, and you can enjoy swimming, surfing and diving. If you prefer a large swimming pool, that's no problem because Stella Maris campsite has a couple of excellent swimming pools. Your children will also love the wonderful climbing trail at this campsite. You will be camping close to the town of Umag in the Istrian region.Sunset above the seaJust imagine: you are sitting outside your caravan, motorhome or tent at Stella Maris campsite, in the shade of a tall tree. The sun slowly begins to set. You gaze out over the Adriatic. That's a real holiday! You can always enjoy it at Stella Maris campsite, especially when you consider the the entire campsite was renovated in 2018, everything from the swimming pool to the toilet facilities. So everything is super modern and luxurious!Go out for a walk and ice cream in UmagThere is plenty to do in the vicinity of the campsite. If you want to stretch your legs, walk to the small town of Umag. You can be standing in the ancient part of this lively town within half an hour. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from along the boulevard. Pick your spot, order a glass of wine and enjoy the setting sun.Soak up the waterGet up early to take a dip in the swimming pool? You'll never need to look far to find water at Stella Maris campsite. The large swimming pool is close to the entrance of this Croatian campsite, and you can play here with your children. They have also thought about the youngest, as there is a paddling pool for them. And what else? Just walk to the Adriatic; you'll be standing in a shallow round bay within a couple of minutes. You can play safely here in the water with the whole family.Diving or climbing?If you want to swap a day in the swimming pool for a day of sport, that's easy at Stella Maris. There is a watersports centre close by. The crystal clear water is a paradise for snorkellers, divers and windsurfers. The climbing course at the campsite will be a great hit with the children. After all that climbing and clambering you can relax once again in the swimming pool. Get something to eat in the restaurant in the evening with all of you, and your day is almost at an end. Almost, because you might want to round off the evening with a children's disco or a live concert.Lazing in the shadeStella Maris campsite is located mostly in a large forest. There's a good chance your camping pitch will be shaded by tall trees, so you can enjoy relaxing in the shade in your camping chair. Rest assured that your pitch is spacious, with room enough for the children to play ball games in front of the caravan.Top class tennisIf you love tennis, this is your perfect campsite. You probably saw the tennis courts on the other side of the road when you were on your way to Stella Maris. You can of course knock a ball around yourself, or you might also get to see top names from the tennis world. The Croatian Open Umag is held here every year, usually at the end of July. This ATP tournament attracts many visitors, especially at the weekend. It's very busy at the campsite during that period and it can be noisy until late into the night. Take note of that when you book your holiday.
Small paradise on the island of BračSmall Boutique Camping Bunja is located in a quiet bay on the northern side of the island of Brač overlooking the mainland and the town of Split, and with easy access to Supetar and all the amenities the island's largest town has to offer. The island is easily reached by ferries.White beach, clear seaEnjoy the white beach, the tranquillity, the crystal-clear sea, the lovely lounge beds and parasols and the beach bar in the pine forest. There is a special dog beach, great for those four-legged friends!The campsite offers kayaks, canoes, sups and bicycles for hire.Beach bar and swimming poolIf you prefer swimming in fresh water, that's possible too. The heated pool is not that big and has loungers and parasols around it. The children's playground is located between the beach bar and the pool. The sanitary facilities are pico bello in order. Fresh bread is available at the campsite and there is a restaurant with a small menu. Supermarkets are not too far away.Speedboats, mountain biking and beautiful viewsThe island is worth exploring. With its rugged coastline and beautiful beaches, this island is a favourite destination. From the northern side, you have spectacular views of the ancient pirate city of Omiš. Nearby is the Cetina Gorge, a natural beauty of the first order. Experience the thrill of a boat trip along the beautiful coastline, explore a cave and join a speedboat excursion to nearby islands. Take a mountain bike tour of the island and discover hidden treasures on organised tours. A lot of information is available about Boutique Camping Bunja, the island and the various attractions in the nearby area.
