This pretty, compact detached cottage is located about 500 metres from the charming town centre of Mariapfarr in Lungau in Salzburgerland, close to the ski areas of Fanningberg, Grosseck/Speiereck, Katschberg and Obertauern. The cottage offers a spacious living/dining room, a modern open-plan kitchen with a direct access to the private terrace/veranda, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has a ski storage room and a garden. Parking is available directly at the cottageThe charming town of Mariapfarr is located in the southern part of the Salzburger Land, at 1,100 meters above sea level and is surrounded by picturesque mountain peaks. Mariapfarr is a climatic health resort and one of the sunniest in Austria, but also a true skiing paradise, it is the ideal starting point for the Lungo ski region with the Grosseck/Speiereck ski areas with 50 kilometers of pistes, Fanningberg with close to 30 kilometers of pistes (both less than 8 kilometers from the town centre), Katschberg-Aineck with 70 kilometers of pistes and Obertauern with over 100 kilometers of pistes.There is also plenty to experience away from the pistes in the wintry holiday resort of Mariapfarr.
