In winter, there can just be 2 1/2 metres of snow. Pure nature!With a total area of 100 m2 on two floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Optimum enjoyment, therefore, on the sunny terrace, or relax in the infrared sauna after an active day.The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling.
