This accommodation consists of two attractive, detached chalets and is located on a very sunny southern slope with beautiful unobstructed views over the Pinzgautal valley and the surrounding mountain world! The ideal location for a holiday with family and in-laws, to holiday together, yet separately. No less than 1170 metres above sea level. The chalets are identical and can be found at the very end of the mountain roadyou can use a shared grill area and the outdoor sauna. However, privacy around the chalet is guaranteed. Around both chalets are several terraces and a playground for children.Because the chalet is so quietly located, the game and deer that live in the forest come right up to the house. In winter, there can just be 2 1/2 metres of snow. Pure nature!With a total area of 2x100 m2 on two floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Optimum enjoyment, therefore, on the sunny terrace, or relax in the infrared sauna after an active day.The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you are in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling.
