Holiday park Het Land van Bartje is situated on the Hondsrug in the middle of the woods of Drenthe. From the park you can walk or cycle to explore the heathlands and peat moors in the area. This park is suitable for all ages, given the wide range of facilities for young and old.
For the little ones there is, for example, a playground with water play elements and an indoor playground. The park also has a Ponyranch, where you can cuddle ponies and take riding lessons. The indoor swimming pool is partly opened during nice weather, so you can swim in the open air. And sports facilities such as a tennis court and a miniature golf course are not lacking here. The entire park is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodations nor in the facilities.
The Landal park offers all freestanding accommodations for plenty of space, peace and privacy. They are suitable for 2 to 10 persons. And you can choose from various types of accommodation; from a bungalow or a mobile home to a country house or a farm. There are special children's homes and disabled homes on the park to book. For an additional charge, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per accommodation. Pets are not allowed at all facilities on the park, such as the restaurant.
Families and families with children up to 12 years old will not be bored for a moment at the park. The special children's homes are equipped with, for example, a children's bedroom with a high sleeper, toys and a playpen. At the park, the Fun & Entertainment team organises activities for all ages all year round. And the children can play in the indoor sandbox or jump on the air trampoline. For a moment of relaxation for the parents, there is a Beauty Salon offering all kinds of treatments, from massages to manicures and pedicures.
For seniors and people with a physical disability, the holiday park offers specially accessible homes. These include a paved access path and an adapted bathroom. The extensive facilities at the park ensure that in principle you do not have to leave the park. Enjoy, for example, a breakfast service where fresh rolls are delivered to the accommodation every morning. And you can discover the natural surroundings with forests and heathland on foot or by bike. E-bikes can be rented directly at the park.
Holiday park Het Land van Bartje offers a wide range of facilities. Some of them can be found in the Centrum building on the park. Such as the interactive play area, a family snack bar and the indoor swimming pool.
In the centre building on the park you can go to the beauty salon for various treatments and massages. Partial treatments, facials, massage treatments as well as a manicure and pedicure are among the possibilities. The qualified beautician works with renowned brands.
Holiday park The Land of Bartje has both an indoor swimming pool and a heated outdoor swimming pool. In the indoor pool you'll find a paddling pool and a children's slide, as well as normal slides. When the weather is nice, the indoor swimming pool turns into a large outdoor swimming pool. The sliding roof is then opened where a part of the indoor pool is in the open air. Here you will also find a sunbathing lawn to relax.
For children up to 12 years there is a wide range of facilities. From an indoor sandbox and playground to a ponyranch. At the ponyranch it is possible to make a trip with the pony cart across the park. Children can also cuddle the ponies and it is possible to take pony riding lessons. An air trampoline and playgrounds with water play elements are not lacking. Throughout the year the Fun & Entertainment team organizes all kinds of activities for young and old.
In the park there are plenty of opportunities for sports activities for adults. You will find a multifunctional sports field, a tennis court, a table tennis table outside, a mini golf course. Inside you'll also find entertainment such as pool billiards and a football table. In addition, you can practice all kinds of equestrian sports in the park. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced rider. And if you want to explore the area by bike, you can rent E-bikes or bicycles and bike trailers at the park.
Aside from the fact that you will find several restaurants in the park, you can also enjoy culinary delights in your accommodation. Without having to cook for yourself. Choose, for example, a breakfast arrangement. Fresh rolls are delivered to your holiday home every morning. You can also opt for an Uit-eten arrangement. Here you can enjoy a 2-course dinner every day in the restaurant on the park. And to start your holiday carefree, you can have the first groceries delivered to your holiday home. At holiday park Het Land van Bartje you can choose from 21 types of holiday homes. These are suitable for 2 to 10 persons. All accommodations are detached and non-smoking. For an additional fee, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per accommodation. You can choose from various types of accommodation. This park offers holiday bungalows, country houses, mobile homes, farms and farmhouses. They are available in different classes from comfort to luxury. In the luxury versions, you can enjoy a sauna and/or solarium in the house, among other things.
The fully equipped holiday homes at Landal Het Land van Bartje include a separate sitting and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with standard kitchen inventory. In addition, there is a (combi) microwave and a coffee maker. In the bathroom you will find a shower or bath and the bedrooms contain box springs. You can enjoy a terrace or a veranda near the mobile home. Here you will find (adjustable) garden furniture. Preferably you can reserve a holiday home with extras such as a wood-burning stove and washing machine.
The children's homes are entirely dedicated to families with children up to and including 12 years of age. They are located near a playground. And the homes are equipped with children's facilities such as a diaper change, a playpen and a baby bath. They also include a children's bedroom with a high sleeper, childproof sockets and special safety features. Toys are of course not lacking.
On the park you will find specially made accessible homes for people with a physical disability. These houses contain a paved access path to the accommodation. In the accommodation you will find a storage room for a wheelchair or a mobility scooter with a charging point. The bedroom is equipped with high/low beds and in the living room there is a dining table of at least 70 cm high that can be rolled under. The bathroom is adapted with, among other things, handles in the shower area and a fixed shower seat with armrests. And the toilet is raised and equipped with brackets.
