Holiday park Orveltermarke is situated in the middle of the nature of Drenthe. If you are looking for a holiday full of tranquillity, adventure, nature and culture, this park is a must. You can also book special children's bungalows, dog bungalows and extra accessible bungalows. In the dog bungalow you can enjoy all kinds of facilities for your dog such as a bench, a dog basket and fencing around the garden. The group bungalow consists of 2 connected 12-person extra accessible bungalows. Depending on the type of bungalow you can enjoy extras such as a sauna, beds made on arrival or a patio fireplace in the accommodation.
On the park itself you will find a wide range of facilities, for all ages. For the little ones, for example, there is an indoor playground with a ball pit, for older children there is an adventure island and with the whole family you can enjoy water fun in the indoor swimming pool or the natural pool. You can also make use of the multifunctional sports field or rent bikes to discover the natural surroundings. The park is surrounded by miles of natural beauty. You can also explore it on foot. Fans with children up to 12 years old will find plenty of facilities at Landal Orveltermarke. The Fun & Entertainment team organises all kinds of activities throughout the year. You can also take a treasure hunt across the park, jump on the air trampoline or climb and clamber in the indoor playground. If you choose a special children's bungalow to stay in, you'll enjoy all kinds of child-friendly facilities, such as a stair gate, a baby bath, a bouncer and childproof sockets. You will also find a children's bedroom with 2 junior beds. And in the area you can make a scavenger hunt to discover all the natural beauty and animals that live there.
Seniors and disabled
People with a physical disability and seniors can enjoy the holiday park in an extra accessible bungalow. This is equipped with, for example, high/low beds and has various adapted facilities. For example, the dining table is wheelchair accessible, the access path is paved and the terrace is wheelchair accessible. There is also a raised toilet with brackets and a flat shower with handles in the shower area. At the park you can make use of various culinary services. For example, have a whipped cream cake delivered or choose a grocery package that will be waiting for you in the bungalow on arrival. You will also find a golf course next to the park and you can rent E-bikes to explore the area.

Nursery facilities
For children up to and including 12 years there is a wide range of facilities on the park. For the little ones there is an indoor playground with an obstacle course, slides and a ball pit. You can also jump on the air trampoline, play at the water playground, climb the watchtower or have fun in the playground. Throughout the year there is a Fun & Entertainment programme for young and old organised by the entertainment team. The adventure island teaches you, for example, how to build your own boat and how to knot like a real sailor. You can also carry tree trunks, for example. If you want to go on a voyage of discovery through nature, you can take the Vernuverpad on the park. Along this path around the water you'll come across frogs and salamanders.
Sports facilities
There are plenty of opportunities to be active outdoors on the holiday park. For example, you will find an air hockey, a table tennis table, a soccer table, a pool table and also a bowling alley and a mini golf course. The multifunctional sports field is perfect for kicking a ball. Next to the park you can use the Pitch & Putt golf course. And if you want to explore the area by bike, you can rent tandem bikes, E-bikes and mountain bikes directly at the park. To be able to play a game in your bungalow, the holiday park offers game rentals.
Water fun
At Landal Orveltermarke you have various opportunities to have fun in the water. For example, you can use the indoor swimming pool, where you will find a separate paddling pool. You can also slide down the slide or relax on the bubbling bench. You will also find a family slide and a rapids. If the weather is nice, you can also use the natural pool. This is located in the park, hidden in nature. In the pure natural water you can swim and play. And at the natural pool is a lawn for sunbathing.

Bungalow
The separate sitting area and dining area in the living/dining room offer a comfortable space in the bungalow. You have an open kitchen equipped with standard kitchen inventory, as well as a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom contains box springs and you have a separate toilet. In the bathroom you will find a bath or shower cabin. Outside you can enjoy the peace and quiet from a terrace or a covered veranda which is of course equipped with patio furniture.
Bungalow for children
If you choose a special children's bungalow, you will enjoy all kinds of facilities for babies and children in the accommodation. For example, you will have a dresser and changing mat at your disposal. The children can also make use of a children's table with highchairs. And the special children's bedroom is equipped with junior beds. There are also childproof sockets, a stair gate and toys not lacking in the bungalow. Toys, a game computer and a shuffleboard can also be found in the house.
Dog bungalows
Animal owners can take their dog(s) with them on holiday and book a dog bungalow. This includes an enclosed garden. And on arrival you will receive a welcome pack for the dog. In the bungalow you will also find a height-adjustable feeding and drinking trough, as well as a plastic dog basket and a dog bench. Due to the open kitchen of the restaurant, dogs are not allowed here.
Extra accessible bungalow
The extra accessible bungalow has all kinds of adaptations for people with a physical disability. For example, the terrace is wheelchair accessible and the access path to the accommodation is paved. The door width is at least 85 centimetres. The dining table is also wheelchair accessible and there is a raised toilet with brackets. In the bedroom there are high/low beds. And the bathroom is adapted with a flat shower, a fixed shower seat with armrests and handles in the shower area. The group bungalow consists of two connected extra accessible bungalows, each suitable for 12 persons.
