Holiday park Twenhaarsveld lies at the foot of the Holterberg. This is an almost 60 metre high mountain, one of the few you see in the Netherlands. Here you will find a versatile Overijssel landscape to explore from the wooded holiday park. For example, rent a bike at the park and explore the heathlands of National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug. The park is car-free.
You can also make beautiful walks here, for example with your dog. You can stay in special dog bungalows in the park. Here you will have a crate and a dog basket at your disposal. The park also has all kinds of dog facilities, such as a dog swimming area and a dog shower. At the park you can also stay in a special children's bungalow or a reunion bungalow, in addition to the comfort or luxury bungalows. Depending on the class of bungalow you choose, you can enjoy, for example, a sauna and solarium in the bungalow. The bungalows are suitable for 2 - 18 persons and are all detached.
For young and old there are all kinds of facilities at the park. For example, there are playgrounds, bowling alleys and a laser game track. And an indoor swimming pool. You can also book all kinds of packages, such as a breakfast arrangement. Enjoy freshly baked sandwiches in your bungalow every morning. Or opt for an arrangement to eat out in the restaurant on the park.
Feelings with children up to 12 years old will not be annoying at the park. For the youngest there is the Bollo Club for tinkering. There are also various playgrounds and an air trampoline in the park. You can also play miniature golf. You stay at the park in a special children's bungalow with, for example, a high chair, toys and a separate children's bedroom with a bunk bed.
If you go on holiday with a group or the whole family, you can book a bungalow for 18 persons at Landal Twenhaarsveld. It consists of 3 sleeping accommodations and a living room accommodation. Here you have a large living room and an extra large kitchen to stay with the whole group. On the park itself you can make use of the many facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and participate in the activities organized by the Fun & Entertainment team throughout the year.
The natural landscape is perfect for walking or cycling. From the park you can walk straight into nature. You can also rent E-bikes on the park. At the park you stay in detached accommodations, so you can enjoy plenty of peace, space and privacy. If you choose a luxury bungalow, you will have sun loungers on the terrace and you will be welcomed by beds made in the bungalow. If you want to go on holiday with your pet, you can also rent a special dog bungalow. Here you will find all kinds of facilities for your four-legged friend.
You will find an extensive range of facilities at Vakantiepark Twenhaarsvelds. For example, there is a beauty salon for facial and massage treatments. And various facilities are gathered in the centre building on the park. You can also book various packages for during your stay. Such as a gourmet package, a half board package and a grocery package that will be waiting for you in your bungalow upon arrival.
Landal Twenhaarsveld offers various facilities if you go on holiday with your dog. There is, for example, a loose area on the park, a dog trail and a dog swimming area. For after swimming there is a dog shower with hot water at the main building and a cold shower near the nature pond. You will also find dog waste bag dispensers at the park. Dogs are also welcome in the restaurant. There is even a special dog menu in the restaurant.
In the park you will find an indoor swimming pool to which you have unlimited access during your stay. Here you will find a separate paddling pool, a children's slide and various water attractions. Next to the park is an outdoor swimming pool. This is accessible in the summer months for a fee.
Children up to 12 years old will find various facilities at the park, especially for them. There are playgrounds, an air trampoline, a water playground and a play castle. The Adventure Tower with rope bridges and high stairs is meant to be climbed. The Fun & Entertainment team organises an activity programme throughout the year. There are also activities especially for 7 years and older. Little ones can play with Bollo, the mascot of the park.
At the park you will find, among other things, play/sports fields, a beach volleyball court, a bowling alley, bowling alleys and a sports arena. There are also possibilities for adventurous activities on the zip line, the archery track, the lasergame track and the Rope skipping course. To explore the surrounding area you can rent bikes directly at the park, including mountain bikes, E-bikes and cargo bikes. Near the park you will also find a golf course with a partly covered driving range.
You will enjoy a living/dining room in the comfortably furnished bungalows. Here you have a separate sitting and dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with standard kitchen inventory as well as a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. In the bedrooms there are box springs. You have a separate toilet. And a bathroom with a bathtub. The terrace outside is equipped with patio furniture.
In the dog bungalow you are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets. You will find all kinds of dog facilities such as a dog bench and a plastic dog basket. There is also a feeding and drinking trough that is adjustable in height and a dog waste sack dispenser/bin combination. The garden is fenced so your dog can easily go outside. You will also find various facilities for dogs in the park, such as a dog walking area.
If you go on holiday with children, you can choose the special children's bungalow. Here you have a changing table, a high chair and childproof sockets. The separate children's bedroom has a bunk bed. You will also find toys in the bungalow.
Specially for groups and families of up to 18 people, there is a reunion bungalow to book. It consists of 4 accommodations situated together. 3 of these are furnished as sleeping accommodations, 1 is the living room accommodations. There are all 2-person bedrooms in the bungalows. And per sleeping accommodation there is a bathroom with a shower. The living room accommodation has a large living room and an extra large kitchen. And each accommodation has a terrace with patio furniture.
