The small-scale holiday park Vlieduyn is located within walking distance of the village of Oost-Vlieland on the Wadden Island Vlieland. You take the boat from the mainland in Harlingen to get to this car-free island. You can park your car at various parking facilities near the departure quay.
This island offers plenty of opportunities for long walks through the dunes. And bike rides through the woods. Or take a ride on horseback. You will also find the beach just 200 meters from the park. Here you can enjoy the sea when the weather is nice. In the summer months you will find beach chairs on the beach behind the apartment complex that you can use. On the beach you can also practice various sports, such as powerkiting. With nature in the area and the village of Oost-Vlieland to visit, you don't really notice that the park itself doesn't offer any facilities.
You will stay at Landal Vlieduyn in comfortable apartments for 2-4 persons. The apartments have 1 bedroom. Some also have a sofa bed in the living room. It is also possible to place a child's bed in the living room for an extra charge. If you choose a luxury version of the apartment, you will enjoy a sauna and sunshower. In some apartments a dog is allowed at an extra charge. On the island you can make beach walks with your dog all year round.
Fashioning with young children can choose an apartment at Holiday Park Vlieduyn. There is one bedroom for the parents and the children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. Or have a cot placed in the living room. From the apartment you can walk to the beach to play. Or take a trip on a fast boat to go seal spotting on the water. You can also rent bikes nearby to explore the surroundings of the island.
On Vlieland you will enjoy peace, relaxation and nature. Here you can walk endlessly through the dunes and woods. You will also find kilometres of cycle paths that will lead you along the most beautiful spots. If you want to take your dog with you on holiday, it is welcome in some apartments, at an extra charge. Together you can make beach walks, for example. The apartments are on the ground floor. And if you choose a luxury version, you can enjoy a sauna in the apartment. Beds are also waiting for you on arrival.
The holiday park is only 200 meters from the beach. Here you can enjoy the sandy beach and the Wadden or North Sea. On the beach behind the apartment complex there are free sun loungers that you can use as a guest of Landal Vlieduyn during the summer months.
At Vlieduyn Holiday Park you will find plenty of opportunities for water sports and other sporting activities. For example, you can hire a bicycle to explore the dunes and the forest. You can also go horseback riding, kite flying or kite surfing. You can also take a seal trip on a dinghy to spot seals.
You will stay at Landal Vlieduyn in ground floor apartments for 2-4 persons. There is an elevator in the complex. The apartments are non-smoking. And in some accommodations one pet is allowed for an additional fee if you want to go on holiday with your dog. Beds are made up on arrival as standard. If you choose a luxury variant you will also find a sunshower and sauna in the apartment.
The apartments are comfortably furnished with a living/dining room. Here you have a separate sitting area with a flat screen TV and a separate dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with standard kitchen inventory, as well as a dishwasher, a combi microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. You have a separate toilet. And in the bathroom you will find a bathtub and a shower cabin. The apartment has 1 bedroom. In some apartments there is a sofa bed in the living room so it is suitable for 4 persons. It is also possible to place a cot and a high chair against payment. Please note that the cot can only be placed in the living room. The apartment has a screened terrace or a balcony with patio furniture.
