RCN de Noordster lies in the forest area of Drenthe that has remained untouched as much as possible. It has 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Furthermore, each room has access to the terrace. You also have a playground where you can run and play. RCN de Noordster offers various facilities for all ages on the park. For example, there is a brasserie and a baker's shop with a limited assortment of fresh produce. You can also rent bikes in the park. And summer holiday church services are held there.

For children up to and including 12 years there are various facilities at the park. For example, there is an indoor play area. This playground is themed with stars and planets and here children discover space. There is also a crumb trail club with the park mascots for arts and crafts. Furthermore, children can go to the animal farm, the fossil field or one of the playgrounds in the park.
Sporting facilities
There are various sports facilities in the park. For example, there is a multifunctional sports field where you can play basketball. There is also a table tennis table, a jeu de boules court and you can use the mini-golf course and tennis court for a fee. And during the school holidays and between April and October, the recreation team organises all kinds of shows and activities such as bingo.
Water fun
For children there is a water play paradise on the park. Between May and open at an outside temperature from 20 degrees. You will find several children's pools with play equipment, such as slides. Next to the park is a heated outdoor pool that is open in the summer months. You have free access to it. At 20 kilometers from the park is an (indoor) pool. RCN de Noordster offers a wide range of accommodations. These are suitable for 2 to 24 persons. All accommodations are detached and have a private garden with terrace. Some of them are pet and non-smoking. The accommodations are spread over a woodland area, you can reach them via winding forest paths. In addition to bungalows and lodges, you can also choose special dog bungalows and wheelchair-accessible bungalows. A cot and a high chair can be placed in most accommodations. Do you prefer camping? Then you can opt for a forest hut or camping chalet. If you come with your own accommodation, you can also choose a pitch on the camping fields.
Holiday houses
The lodge also has a first floor. In one bedroom on the first floor there is a skylight. You can see the starry sky while lying down from your bed. And you have a roof terrace with loose chairs.
Wheelchair friendly bungalow
Bungalow for dogs
If you go on holiday with your pet, you can stay in a special dog bungalow. Here you will find a camper specially equipped for dogs. It contains an XL crate, a plastic dog basket and a feeding bowl. The floor in the bungalow is PVC. The garden has a 1.20 meter high fence. And in the park you will find dog waste bag dispensers at various places.
Group accommodation
A group accommodation is available for groups up to 24 people. You have a living area with lounge area and sufficient seating for the whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped including a large stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are 8 bedrooms in the accommodation with beds and a bunk bed. The rooms adjoin a terrace where you will find garden furniture. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower and toilet. You will also find a number of separate toilets in the house. The terrace also has a playground where you can make use of.
Camping Chalet
Enjoy the feeling of camping with the comfort of a cottage. At RCN de Noordster you can also opt for camping chalets. Here everything is in the same room, with the exception of the bathroom. You will find a sofa bed in the chalet and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, a sink, a gas hob and a kettle, among other things. There are beds and a bunk bed in the camping chalet. In the bathroom you can use a shower and a toilet. And the French doors take you to the terrace. Here you can enjoy terrace furniture.
Boshut
The forest hut stands on 1 meter high poles and has a small porch. Outside you will find a picnic table at the forest hut. The forest hut is simply furnished with a table and chairs. There is also a kitchenette with an electric cooker, a kettle, a small fridge and a jerrycan. With this you can fetch water at the water point near the forest hut. There is a bed in the cabin and it is possible to put a tent next to the cabin. The sanitary building with showers and toilets can be found near the forest hut.
Camping
You can also camp at RCN de Noordster with your own folding trailer tent, caravan or motor home. Here you'll find pitches that are surrounded by trees and shrubs. The spacious pitches have a 10 amp electricity connection. Campers can stay on a special camper pitch with a paved surface. You can make use of various sanitary blocks on the site, some of which are heated. There is also a toilet block with adapted showers and toilets for the disabled.
