Recreation park the Wielerbaan is centrally located in Wageningen, on the Veluwe and near the Rhine. Here you will find a diverse landscape of forests, heathland, meadows and water. There are various walking and cycling routes directly from this TopParken holiday park to explore all this nature. You are also within 10 minutes drive in the historic center of Wageningen. Here you can for example shop or grab a terrace. This holiday park is the ideal base from which to explore the region.
You will stay on the park in mobile homes and bungalows, suitable for 3 - 5 persons. The accommodations are freestanding so you can fully enjoy privacy and the spacious garden with lots of greenery. Smoking is not allowed in the bungalows. And you can bring 1 or 2 pets, depending on the type. On the holiday park you will also find camping spots to stay. These are surrounded by many trees, so there are a large number of pitches with shade.
At the park you will find a wide range of facilities for young and old. There is an indoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sports fields and playground equipment. You can also rent bikes to explore the area.
For families with children up to and including 12 years of age the Recreation Park the Wielerbaan is very suitable. There are various facilities, such as playground equipment and a table tennis table. Also in the (school) holidays and on holidays a recreation program is organized and there is a kids club. The comfortable bungalows have a spacious garden. Here you can sit on the terrace and there is plenty of room to play. You can also go camping with your own tent or caravan on one of the pitches on the holiday park.
At this holiday park you can use comfort services if you are in need of care. For example, home care can be provided in the bungalow. Also household help or a day out with transport are among the possibilities. From the park you can explore the rural, versatile surroundings. If you want to do this with an electric bike, you can rent one directly at the holiday park.
You will enjoy a wide range of facilities at Recreatiepark de Wielerbaan for all ages. There is a cafe with a terrace and a snack bar. Pets are also allowed on the park.
On the park there are several possibilities for sports activities. There is a bowling alley and a table tennis table. You will also find sports fields in the park. For children there are playground equipment. You can rent bikes and electric bicycles directly on the park to explore the area. In the (school) holidays and on holidays a recreational program organized by the activity team. And there is a special kids' club for the little ones to do crafts, for example.
Between April and September you can enjoy an indoor pool. Here you can, for example, swim laps or practise for a swimming diploma. There is also a separate toddler / toddler pool, this is heated for the little ones.
Seniors and people in need of care can make use of Comfort Services at this TopParken holiday park. Extra (light) care can be offered. For example, home care in your bungalow and help with housework are among the possibilities. You can also make use of the grocery service. And a day out with transport can be arranged.
Recreation park the Wielerbaan offers comfortable accommodations for 3 to 5 persons. All accommodations are detached for plenty of space and privacy. Depending on the type of accommodation you can bring 1 or 2 pets. Furthermore, the bungalows and mobile homes are non-smoking.
The holiday homes are tastefully decorated with light colours and lots of natural light. This is due to the large windows and glass doors. In the living room you have a separate sitting area with flat screen TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave and a coffee maker. You will find beds already made in the bedrooms. And in the neat bathroom you have a shower, a sink and a toilet. Outside you can enjoy a spacious garden with lots of greenery. Here you also have a terrace with patio furniture.
If you go on holiday with your own tent, trailer tent or caravan, you can book a spacious camping pitch. You will stay on a camping pitch with a view of the forest or the water. There are many trees around the field, so there are many places with shade. You have electricity (8 ampere) and a water connection. You will also find a sanitary building within walking distance. Of course you can use the facilities on the holiday park.
