In the middle of the Veluwe lies Recreatiepark 't Gelloo. This family park is located in the woods of the Gelderse Ede. You can explore the Hoge Veluwe National Park on foot or by bike. Here you will find beautiful natural landscapes full of forests, heathland and authentic farmhouses. In the vicinity you can also visit villages and cities with museums and amusement parks.
At Recreatiepark 't Gelloo you can choose from various types of accommodation. These are suitable for 4-6 persons, smoke-free and mostly detached. They are situated in a quiet, wooded area. With a chalet or holiday home you can enjoy stylish, comfortable accommodations. These include sliding glass doors to the private terrace. You can also stay in a basic hiker's hut if you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep. And for those who go on holiday with their own tent or caravan, there are also pitches around a large field. Depending on the accommodation, up to 2 pets are allowed.
There are many facilities at the leisure park for young and old. For example, you can rent bikes, there is both an indoor and an outdoor heated swimming pool with children's pool and you'll find a multifunctional sports field on the park. The entertainment team also organises an activity programme during (school) holidays and public holidays. And with the BBQ service you can enjoy a barbecue at the accommodation. Senior citizens and those in need of care can also make use of the comfort services which offer extra care.
With both a kids club and an extensive recreation program during (school) holidays and public holidays, no one needs to be annoyed here. Children can also have fun in both an indoor playground and outdoors on playground equipment. And you'll find a swimming pool both indoors and outdoors. At this recreation park you can stay in, for example, a holiday home with a bedroom with bunk beds for the children. Or go camping and book a pitch here where you can pitch your own tent, trailer tent or caravan. On the large open field with camping pitches you will also find a small playground.
From 't Gelloo Recreatiepark you can explore the natural surroundings. For example, rent electric bicycles at the park and make a beautiful bike ride along heathland and through the woods. The (detached) accommodations are located in a wooded area. You can receive extra (light) care at this park in the holiday home. If, for example, you need home care or domestic help with the house, this is all possible in consultation. The park is pet friendly and in some accommodations you can just take your dog on holiday.
At Recreatiepark 't Gelloo you will find a wide range of facilities for young and old. There is a restaurant with bar and pets are allowed here. The BBQ service provides you with all the necessities for barbecuing at your accommodation. We would like to inform you about some more facilities.
At this top park you will find an indoor swimming pool that is open all year round. And in the summer months, the heated outdoor pool also offers plenty of water fun. Outside there is also a heated toddler / toddler pool.
For children up to 12 years there is both an indoor and an outdoor playground in the park. Various activities are also organised during (school) holidays and public holidays with a recreational programme for all ages. In these periods there is also a special kids club for smaller children.
At the recreation park you will find a football field, a basketball field and a bowling alley. You can also make use of a table tennis table and a pool table in the park. To explore the area you can rent bikes, including electric bikes and mountain bikes, directly at this top park.
With the comfort services at Recreatiepark 't Gelloo you can also go on holiday if you need care. Extra (light) care is offered at the park. For example, in consultation with your contact person at the park, help with housework can be arranged. Home care can also be provided in the accommodation and groceries can be delivered with the grocery service. A day out with transport is also one of the possibilities.
Recreation park 't Gelloo offers various types of accommodation for 4-6 persons. You can choose from (detached) holiday homes, chalets, hiker's huts and camping pitches. These are all situated in quiet, wooded surroundings on the Veluwe. All accommodations are non-smoking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per accommodation.
The holiday chalets are comfortably and modernly furnished with a separate sitting and dining area. The living room has a stylish interior with matching accessories. The kitchen offers, among other things, a refrigerator, a gas stove, a combi microwave and a coffee maker. Depending on the type of accommodation you will find a dishwasher in the house or not. In the bedrooms you will find beds that have already been made. And it is possible that there are bedrooms with bunk beds. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The private terrace at the house is equipped with a dining table with parasol.
The hikers cabin is a must for those looking for a comfortable place to sleep during a hike. In the living / living area are 2 bunk beds and a dining table. You also have a small kitchen with a gas stove and a kettle. In this basic accommodation you will find few other facilities. There are no kitchen utensils and no bedding with pillows.
If you want to go on holiday with your own tent, caravan or folding trailer, you can also go to Recreatiepark 't Gelloo. The pitches are situated on a large field surrounded by woods. On the field you'll find a small playground for children. There is also a central water point. And on the pitch you have a CAI connection.
