So you can go for a refreshing swim every day. While lying in the clear blue water you can enjoy the beautiful view. It is also a great place for children to swim. The water of Lake Maggiore is so clear that if you look carefully you can see the fish... and you can even take a boat from the campsite. Or would you rather spend an afternoon water-skiing? There are ways to explore this beautiful lake for both the active and the more relaxed.Child-friendly activitiesChildren will never be bored at Camping Lido Verbano . An afternoon of swimming alternates with a visit to the children's club. Here there is an entertainment programme. Children play games and make new friends. In the evening there is a special children's disco. There is plenty to do for adults too. If you want to do something active you can take a wakeboarding course at the campsite. Italian food is good here. The restaurant serves delicious pizzas and the beach bar serves aperitifs.Visit picturesque townsAlthough the campsite has everything you need, it is well worth exploring the surrounding area. If you are a lover of picturesque towns, you should visit Angera. This tourist attraction is particularly popular for the Rocca Borromea di Angera, a magnificent castle perched on a hill. From the campsite you can also make a day trip to Milan. This city is full of cultural attractions.
