The ski area Kötschach - Mauthen - Vorhegg is a small but delicate ski area with 6 km of slopes and 37 km of cross-country trails. Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the top of Carinthia's Gailtal valley, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the tourist region Nassfeld - Pressegger See and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops, various hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (water and wellness oasis Aquarena).
