The chalet is located at the foot of the ski slopes and ski lifts. Ideal for the winter sports enthusiast!The Koralpe ski area, 1650-2070 m altitude, is a small but fine ski area with beautifully groomed white slopes of all levels of difficulty, offering challenges for young and old. There are Tiefschnee slopes and a 100m wide carving slope. For beginners, there is a practice lift with practice slope, children learn their first turns in the children's area and fans of tour skiing and freeriding will find some great off-the-beaten-path routes. Red 3, the FISS-Rennpiste, and black 5 are tips for advanced skiers and for beginners, blue 10 combined with blue 6 is highly recommended. But above all, enjoy the phenomenal views of the Lavanttal while skiing and snowboarding.In summer, you can make the most beautiful walks here but also do archery, mountain biking, paragliding and much more! Carinthia's crystal clear lakes can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. The village of Bad St. Leonhard in Carinthia's Lavanttal is nearby. The chalet is luxuriously furnished and features a wellness area with a relaxing sauna and shower. There is a carport for two cars (with a charging station for a fee) and a terrace with incomparably beautiful views over the Lavanttal. A dream house, in other words!The Klippitztörl refers to a town, a pass road, and a ski area on the Saualpe in Carinthia. The chalet is close to the slopes of the Klippitztörl ski area in Carinthia's Lavanttal. This ski area is at 1400 - 1800 meters and offers 28 kilometers of slopes and six lifts. With enough snow, you can ski to the slopes from the chalet and back. Skiing on the Klippitztörl is a real experience! Here, you will also find a cross-country trail and a snowboarderfunpoint. You can do night skiing, night tobogganing, etc. The friendly, family atmosphere guarantees an enjoyable winter sports holiday. The lively, historic town of Bad St. Leonhard offers various shops and cozy restaurants, and in about 30 minutes by car, you can reach one of Austria's most famous swimming lakes, the Klopeiner See.
