The living room is very cosy and authentically Austrian. This house is heated by infrared which is a very pleasant and healthy heating system. The location on the outsides of the forest with the huge garden is really lovely! Directly from this house you can go on lovely walks and cycling toursMallnitz is a very cosy village with a wonderful ski area, the Ankogel. In summer, it is a paradise for nature lovers. You can easily reach Mallnitz from the north by car train, which stops almost at the door, or from the south via a fine mountain road. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for activities and relaxation (cycling, skiing, horse riding, etc.). Also the Mölltal Glacier is a must to visit. Skiing is possible here almost all year round. As Carinthia is located on the southern side of the Alps, the climate is really lovely.
