What an experience! This attractive, detached chalet is located on a very sunny southern slope with beautiful unobstructed views over the Pinzgautal valley and the surrounding mountain world! No less than 1170 metres above sea level. You share the large plot with an identical neighbour chalet, at the very end of the mountain road. you can use a grill area and the outdoor sauna. However, privacy around the chalet is guaranteedAround both chalets are several terraces and a playground for children.Because the chalet is largely made of wood, water on the floor can lead to damage to the structure and increased risk of moisture problems, mold or wood rot. Therefore, it is not allowed to leave water on the floor. We kindly ask you to always keep the floor dry after using water. In addition, it is not allowed to attach additional installations to the water supply, such as a hose with a shower head or similar modifications. These can cause leaks or damage to the water installation.Because the chalet is so quietly located, the game and deer that live in the forest come right up to the house. In winter, there can just be 2 1/2 metres of snow. Pure nature!With a total area of 100 m2 on two floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
