In winter, there can just be 2 1/2 metres of snow. Pure nature!With a total area of 100 m2 on two floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Optimum enjoyment, therefore, on the sunny terrace, or relax in the infrared sauna after an active day.The location is very central in both summer and winter. A beautiful, spacious and bright living spaceThis is a fantastic accommodation for at least two families with no less than four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The new 10-seater gondola lift, located right next to this property, was built in 2020. You can hop on this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to cross to Zell am See-Kaprun, braving Schmittenhöhe. If you spend a day skiing in the Saalbach area, the descent from this area is right next to the property. You can easily reach the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area with the free ski bus. So if you go on a winter sports holiday here, you will have two beautiful large ski areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a short distance, so it is practically a ski-in, ski-out location!But it is also a great place to be in other seasons. The well-known places Zell am See, Kaprun, and Saalbach-Hinterglemm can be reached within minutes. Take a refreshing dip in the Zellersee near Zell am See on a hot summer day.
