The holiday home is located almost directly on the slopes and within walking distance of the picturesque village, Rauris. Certainly winter sports enthusiasts enjoy the ideal location of this ski-in/ ski-out. The ski in/ski out holiday home was completely renovated in 2020 and transformed into 4 modern accommodations. This accommodation is located on the ground floor and features include a private entrance, a living/bedroom with TV and a fully equipped open kitchen with dining areaRauris is quiet, has friendly locals and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. It has a varied and modern ski area. The top of the ski resort reaches 2175 metres. From here you have breathtaking views of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner. The ski area is clear and has plenty of easy runs. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playing fields and treadmills. This makes this ski area very popular with families with children. Want to spend a day skiing somewhere else? The Gasteinertal or the Hochkönig region are nearby.In the other seasons, nature lovers or active holidaymakers are sure to find what they are looking for here too. Located in a narrow green valley, Rauris is surrounded by mountains belonging to the National Park Hohe Tauern. Within 30 minutes you can reach the famous Kaprun glacier.
