Besides modern toilet facilities you will also find a supermarket, a grill restaurant, all types of shops, a playground and a sports centre. There is an extensive entertainment programme at Aminess Sirena Campsite in high season. Close to lovely NovigradIstria and Dalmatia have the highest number of hours of sunshine in the Mediterranean region but there is much more to enjoy here than just a beach holiday. A wide footpath takes you to the centre of the picturesque town of Novigrad in 10 minutes, where you can go shopping or enjoy a drink at a pavement cafe. You can breathe in the atmosphere of past centuries of seamanship and enjoy the Croatian hospitality that is a part of it. Rovinj and PulaParticularly recommended are the towns slightly further south in Istria: the magical and romantic Rovinj and the Roman settlement of Pula, where many remains of the Roman period can be seen, such as its amphitheatre. A great place for swimming, water skiing and surfing. You can also swim at the campsite, as each camping zone has one or more swimming pools. The centrally located swimming pool complex with children's pool and equipped sunbathing area is available to all guests of Aminess Maravea Camping Resort!Fun activities and sportsYou can play other sports at the campsite's sports centre, such as mini golf or table tennis. This campsite has plenty of entertainment on offer for young and old. Maybe you'll play beach volleyball or enjoy a salsa lesson. Your children will not be bored either. For toddlers to teenagers, there is plenty to do. For example, the youngest ones can go on a treasure hunt and make souvenirs. For the teenagers there are theme parties, sports and game competitions. At the campsite you can also eat at the restaurant. Fresh bread and other delicacies are available at the shop.Fairytale surroundingsThe authentic town of Novigrad, with its old town centre full of cosy shops and terraces, is only 4 kilometres away from the campsite. A visit to the surrounding vineyards or a romantic evening walk in the fairytale surroundings are also recommended. Istria has been a part of Italy in the distant past. A trip to the Italian city of Trieste, through a narrow section of Slovenia, is highly recommended. In Pula, you can still see remains from the Roman times. The beautiful town of Rovinj is half an hour south of the campsite.
