Camping in the capital of PragueA campsite in Prague, located in the eastern part of the municipality, in green surroundings but with a direct train connection to the centre of the city. Refreshing dipThere is a large lake next to this campsite in the Czech Republic, but beware: this is a reservoir and swimming is not allowed. However, there is a lovely swimming pool at the campsite itself. Ideal to take a refreshing dip in the evening after a strenuous day in the city. For children there is a separate children's pool. They can also jump on the trampoline and play table tennis. The friendly atmosphere and the fine facilities are also noteworthy. Ideal for city tripCamping Sokol Praha is a lovely place for families with children, but also for other campers. Ideal for a short city trip to the beautiful capital of the Czech Republic or a longer holiday with a day in the city now and then. UNESCO-listedThe entire historical centre of Prague is listed as a UNESCO monument and it is also a great city for eating out or having a drink in one of the atmospheric cafes or coffee houses.  Prague is the city of a hundred towersPrague is also called the 'City of a hundred towers'. You will find all kinds of architectural styles in this centuries-old metropolis. The city has an authentic atmosphere, you really feel as if you are in the past. This is mainly because Prague is one of the few large European cities that was spared almost entirely during the Second World War. Camping Sokol is also a great base from which to explore the rest of the picturesque rural Czech Republic.

A beach bar, a snack bar, a small shop, two beautiful swimming pools, a toddler pool and a sunbathing area where you can sunbathe: it's a good place to be.Spectacular playground equipmentThe children jump on the trampolines and crawl through the tubes in the large, spectacular playground equipment. In any case, they are having a good time.In no time in Unesco city centreThe bus stop is just a one-minute walk from Praha Klánovice campsite and within 25 minutes you are in the picturesque centre of Prague, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The historic centre is even a UNESCO World Heritage Site. What's more, from your pitch or accommodation you can be in the nearby forest in no time at all, where you can go hiking.In nature on the outskirts of PragueAlthough you're on the outskirts of Prague, you won't get much of the hustle and bustle from where you stay, but you can enjoy the chirping birds!
