The Featherdown tent is suitable for up to 5 adults and 1 child up to 12 years. There is a spacious living area with a sofa, a dining table and a wood stove. There is cold running water in the kitchen unit. You can cook on the wood stove in the tent, or on the outside stove in front of the tent. The cooling elements for the cooler box can be exchanged free of charge at the farm shop. The tent has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed. The box bed is accessible through the living area and through the bedroom with the double bed. The box bed is suitable as a sleeping place for 1 adult and 1 child. The toilet and shower with hot water are located in the tent. Outside, there is a veranda with a picnic table. Parking is possible at the central parking. Please note: there is no electricity available. You can charge your phone or power bank in the farm shop.

The old town of Wertheim with an impressive castle high above the water is located on the borders of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. The Main forms the border between the two provinces.A place to fish right next to your camping pitchYou can soon be in the town centre of Wertheim am Main (4 km) from Campingpark Wertheim am Main. It's very easy as you can walk right into the Altstadt with its half-timbered merchants' houses, the historic market place, shops, restaurants and a glass museum. You have direct access from the campsite to Erlebnisbad Wertheim. The campsite is located between this swimming pool with several pools and the town of Wertheim. There are plenty of trees on the campsite and everything is well cared for. There is a playground for the children, fields for volleyball, basketball and football and you can always cast a line in the river, within walking distance of your own tent, caravan or motorhome. You can get a fishing permit at the reception.Explore romantic GermanyYou have beautiful views of the river from Wertheim Castle. You can also do it the other way round; you will see the surroundings through totally different eyes from a sightseeing boat on the Main. There is plenty to see in this area where the Tauber flows out into the Main: the vineyards on the winding route of the river, typical German towns, the Romantische Straße tourist route and larger towns such as Heidelberg and Würzburg.
