Eden Campsite is located on the southwestern shore of the popular Lake Garda. You can enjoy lovely views, quaint villages and beautiful countryside. There are several swimming pools, spectacular slides and a restaurant at this friendly family campsite.Water fun in the pools or in the lakeThe choice is yours: whether to take a dip in one of the swimming pools on the campsite or roll out your towel on the beach at Lake Garda. Eden Campsite is located directly on the water and has a private beach. The beach is made up of of pebbles, so it is advisable to bring beach shoes. There is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool at the front of the campsite, and it also has a lovely water playground. The second swimming pool is behind this and on a higher level. Both pools have slides where children can have a great time.Delicious pizzas in the restaurantThe restaurant with its bar and terrace is next to the lake. After a day of swimming, you can enjoy a delicious pizza or pasta here. The terrace is the place to sit down and dream! There is a playground in the grounds and sports enthusiasts can play a game of football, volleyball or tennis. There are plenty of opportunities for water sports in the area. For example, you can rent a canoe to admire Lake Garda from the water. Or go windsurfing, water skiing, boating or sailing.Beautiful viewsIt's not only from the terrace that you have a beautiful view. Eden Campsite is built into a steep hill, which ensures that in many places you have great views of the lake and the mountain. However, this makes the campsite less suitable for people who have mobility difficulties. The village of Salò is close by. This village is known as one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Garda, partly because of its car-free promenade along the water which is more than two kilometres long.Enjoy the Italian lifeEden Campsite is an excellent place for exploring the surroundings. The harbour at Portese, from where you can take lovely boat trips to villages such as Sirmione, Garda and Lazise, is within walking distance. In Sirmione - the most famous village on Lake Garda - you will find a beautiful castle that is definitely worth a visit. There are also various wine and olive oil tastings in the area and of course many authentic Italian restaurants. Cities such as Verona, Milan and Venice are relatively close by and are great for a day trip.

The children will without doubt enjoy a visit to Gardaland, which is a half hour drive away. This large theme park on Lake Garda has the most exciting roller coasters and wild water rapids. There are also lovely attractions for younger children.Attractive villagesThe lovely village of San Felice del Banaco and the tourist village of Saló are less than a quarter of an hour away by bike. You can eat and drink well in these villages, and some shopping and an Italian ice cream will make your holiday complete! When you've had enough of the crowds, you can go back to the campsite and relax completely.The campsite has a programme of excursions and various cycle routes for the sportive holidaymaker. Also at Campeggio della Colombaia. This campsite's pride and joy is the swimming pool complex with water spray park. You will have no problems getting through the day under the hot Italian sun! Swim a few laps in the big pool while the children play and splash about in the colourful water spray park with all kinds of play equipment and slides. Are you brave enough to stand under the bucket containing 300 litres of water as it starts to tip?Snack and drink with a viewIt is lovely sitting inside the campsite restaurant. But of course, the weather is too good in Italy to sit inside all the time. Then the panorama patio is the place to be. There, not only can you enjoy something tasty from the menu but also panoramic views of Lake Garda. The restaurant is open until 11 pm daily. You can go there throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pizzas and many fish dishes are highly recommended. You are in for a treat!Day trips to the beach and thrilling water & amusement parksFrom the campsite, you can walk quickly and easily to Lake Garda. This pebble beach is the place to sunbathe on a lounger or towel. Boats can be moored by one of the jetties. Furthermore, here you'll see plenty of people enjoying water sports, such as stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, water skiing and windsurfing. Walk or cycle via the beach promenade to one of the nearby towns such as Moniga del Garda and Lido di Manerba.If you still haven't had enough fun in the water at the campsite and at Lake Garda, there are plenty of other great water and/or amusement parks in the vicinity to choose from. For example, the enormous Gardaland is a half-hour drive from the campsite. Here, you can go on dozens of water rollercoasters and normal rollercoasters. You can also take a look in Gardaland SEA LIFE, a lovely aquarium. Your children will not want to go back to the campsite!
