We would like to point out that you are responsible for the behavior of your visitors. Visitors must have left the site by 10.30 pm at the latest. Visitors' cars are parked in the parking lot.ARRIVAL AND DEPARTUREOn the day of arrival the rented object can be occupied from 3 pm. Upon arrival you will receive the key and other information of interest to you at the reception. The park is partially still under construction. It still looks bare in some places and work is taking place. We try to keep this to a minimum. Unfortunately, you can experience hindrance from this.At the park it is not allowed to set off fireworks, but please note that this only applies to the park itself. In the vicinity and around the park fireworks are allowed to be set off. YOUTH Young people traveling alone are not allowed in the rental objects or in the park. Commercial Business bookings are not allowed. Only bookings with recreational purposes are accepted. VISITORS If you receive visitors, we request that you report this to the reception and you pay the visitor rate for this. We point out that you are responsible for the behavior of your visitors. Visitors must leave the site by 10:30 PM at the latest. Visitors' cars are parked in the parking lot. COMPLAINTS Despite all the organization and care, it is possible that you have a complaint. You must then immediately report your comment or complaint to the reception in order to resolve it. If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you have up to 14 days after departure from the holiday park to submit the complaint in writing to the management, where the complaint will be thoroughly investigated.
