You can also come here for ice cream, the grill-bar, pizzeria and cocktail bar. Various thermal bathsCampsite Terme Ptuj is located right next to the Terme Ptuj Thermal Park. Connoisseurs call this nearby place very attractive for relaxing in the various thermal baths. Good for body and mind: against injuries, for muscles and respiratory system. Ljubljana and Zagreb within easy reachThere is a beautiful golf course 500 metres away. Discover the beautiful landscape in the area. Half an hour away is the beautiful wine-growing region of Jerusalem and Maribor is also 30 minutes away. These mountains are the setting for your mountain walking and mountain bike tours. Bled campsite is a paradise for small children. They can make things and play, or sample typical Slovenian cream cakes.A fairytale lakeA campsite in fairytale Slovenia: you've not experienced camping like this before. Bled campsite is situated in the heart of the Julian Alps and you'll have wonderful views of the mountains from your camping pitch. But it's not only the mountains that play a role in the fairytale, you'll be staying right by the water of famous Lake Bled. There is a small island in the middle of the lake with a tiny 15th century church. This makes the view even more stunning.A dip in the lakeWith the Alps in the background you can take a dip in the lake, and if you're staying on this campsite, you can do that every day. The water is a pleasant temperature, especially in the summer. This is also the place if you want to sunbathe, there is a large lawn at the campsite where you can laze away on the grass. But be sure to take a rowing boat or a kayak on Lake Bled; row to the small island for a unique experience. Motorboats are not allowed on the lake so it's always safe for the whole family to swim and play.A Slovenian cream cakeYoung children can have a wonderful time at Bled campsite. With wonderful views of the lake, of course.A walk through the Vintgar GorgeIf your children are slightly older, the surroundings are especially exciting. The area around Lake Bled is a paradise for walkers and mountain bikers. Lovely walking routes are available at the campsite. Be sure also to drive to the Vintgar Gorge, five kilometres north of Bled campsite. The River Radovna flows here through the steep mountain slopes. After an exciting walk beside the river you will suddenly be standing next to the sixteen metre high Slap Šum waterfall. If you're looking for something a bit quieter, drive to the town of Bled, on the other side of the lake. You can enjoy Slovenian folklore, great restaurants and a casino there.

Koper is just a few kilometres from the campsite. Complete yet intimate campsiteCamping Adria itself is a very big campsite but thanks to the many trees and pathways it has a friendly and intimate feel. The amenities are what you would expect from a complete campsite: there are good toilet facilities, a shop, supermarket, tennis courts, minigolf, table tennis, a wellness centre, playground, beach showers and even a first aid post. For good food and drinks, there is no lack of things to do. There are two restaurants and three bars to choose from. Giant swimming pool and shallow seaThe main attraction at Adria camp site is the giant swimming pool with separate pools for smaller swimmers. But you can walk straight from the camp site to the quay with a jetty for boats and to the beach. The water is dark blue and shallow by the beach. Ideal for families with young children!

The river that runs past the camping grounds invites you to go kayaking and rafting. There is a playground with entertainment for children six times a week. Teenagers can have a great time by the camp fire or by taking part in a special teens hike tour including an overnight stay. And there is a climbing park where you can take an exciting course high above the ground. Get your breath back in the sauna or during a massage. Eat well in the restaurantThe campsite has a good restaurant with a lively terrace. There is a baker 300 metres away and a mini-market, post office and cash machine within 2 km. From caves to the highest waterfallIts central location makes it a perfect location for day trips to all the tourist top attractions in the country: the Postojna caves, Jeruzalem wine area, Ljubljana, Bled and the Logar Valley with Slovenia's highest waterfall on the top of the Golte mountain. A day trip to Maribor (90km) is also worthwhile. Visit the city centre and grab a terrace there. Interested in wine? Maribor is home to the world's oldest vine. The vine is more than 400 years old and is even in the Guinnes Book of Records.
