Eden Campsite is built into a steep hill, which ensures that in many places you have great views of the lake and the mountain. However, this makes the campsite less suitable for people who have mobility difficulties. The village of Salò is close by. This village is known as one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Garda, partly because of its car-free promenade along the water which is more than two kilometres long.Enjoy the Italian lifeEden Campsite is an excellent place for exploring the surroundings. The harbour at Portese, from where you can take lovely boat trips to villages such as Sirmione, Garda and Lazise, is within walking distance. In Sirmione - the most famous village on Lake Garda - you will find a beautiful castle that is definitely worth a visit. There are also various wine and olive oil tastings in the area and of course many authentic Italian restaurants. Cities such as Verona, Milan and Venice are relatively close by and are great for a day trip.
