Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.Please note that groups of young people and parties are strictly prohibited.This property may not be rented by groups of individuals under the age of 25. Families and groups over 25 years old are allowed.
