Of course, you can also enjoy the heated water of the outdoor swimming pool on-site.   Entertainment for water rats and landlubbers At Europarcs Marina Strandbad, you can enjoy various water activities. The park is situated on The Zwarte Schaar, a peaceful branch of the IJssel River. This provides you with plenty of options. You can easily navigate the IJssel River from the campsite for a long journey. Or strap on your water skis and glide across the water. In the tranquil branch, you can swim, surf, or canoe. And you'll definitely find a nice spot to cast your fishing line. For landlubbers, there's also plenty to do. Hop on your bike, and you'll be surrounded by fields and meadows in no time. The lake runs all the way into the holiday park, so at campsite Europarcs Veluwemeer almost all the pitches offer a view of the water. And, of course, a holiday by a lake means wonderful long days of water sports. There's plenty to do for the whole family. This is a great place to enjoy the outdoors.A beautiful Dutch water landscapeEuroparcs Veluwemeer is located on the water of Lake Veluwe at 4.5 kilometres from the town of Nunspeet. This campsite has many accommodations on the lake or on the stream. Wherever you are on the campsite, there is always water nearby. The campsite even has its own beach, a marina and a water sports centre! In the marina you can moor your own boat and at the water sports centre you can learn windsurfing, kite surfing and stand-up paddle boarding. There's also a boat rental. Are you ready for an active holiday?Splashing aroundLake Veluwe has a beach that slopes down slowly, so your little ones can have a nice bare-foot paddle here too! The lake is mostly shallow, so it's not a good place to dive. Fancy some active swimming or a dive into the water? You can do so in the campsite's outdoor pool between April and September.In the areaThe best excursions are within easy reach from your pitch or accommodation. You could visit Dolfinarium Harderwijk, which is 14 kilometres from the park. Here you can watch dolphins from up close! Or pay a visit to theme park Walibi Holland (18 km from the park).
