You will stay in the right wing with a modern kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a living room with comfortable seating area and a cosy fireplace. The ski storage is for common use and after an exhilarating day in the beautiful region, you can get together on the terrace with a view. Carefree enjoyment!Directly past the house is an entrance to the ski slope, so you can leave from the front door with your skis on for a lovely active day in the snow. In winter, parking is available under the carport. So scooping out your car is not necessary here.Rauris has a varied and modern ski area. The altitude of the ski area reaches up to 2175 metres. From here you have breathtaking views of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner (3798 metres). The ski area is clear and offers plenty of easy runs. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playing fields and treadmills. This makes this ski area very popular with families with children. The ski bus is included in the ski pass price. Want to ski somewhere else for a day? The Gasteinertal, Zell am See and the Hochkönig region are easily accessible. The Rauriser Valley is also known for its many tour skiing and cross-country skiing opportunities and winter hiking trails.In summer, you will find yourself in a narrow green valley surrounded by mountains belonging to the National Park Hohe Tauern. Within 30 minutes you can reach Kaprun's famous glacier. You can ski all year round here! In Rauris, you have access to a hiking network with more than 295 kilometres of marked trails.
