Due to drought, please be careful if you smoke outside. - At check-out, the house must be tidy. - Please note that you need snow chains and winter tires in the winter months. They are not mandatory, but are strongly recommended. - In the winter, you must have your headlights on during the daytime. - If you rent a car at the airport, then the key of the house can be sent to the airport. This costs € 30. You can also pick up the key in a specific address in Varna for free. - The hot tub is available from mid-May.
