Camping Markgrafenheide is located right behind the dunes and you can walk along a short footpath to what is probably the most beautiful stretch of beach in Northern Germany. The campsite is located just above Rostock in natural landscape of about 30 hectares.Countryside, culture and adventureCamping and Ferienpark Markgrafenheide is an ideal holiday destination at any time of the year, whether you want an active holiday or like the countryside and culture. The campsite itself offers many opportunities for sport, including tennis and squash. You can take lovely beach walks here in spring and autumn. You can also hire bikes, even e-bikes at the campsite. The stylish spa/wellness centre has a lovely new swimming pool, solarium and sauna facilities and much more. You can also go to the cinema area. These amenities are also great in the low seasons.Relaxed camping or in a nice houseThe relaxing atmosphere in the grounds of the Markgrafenheide campsite is striking. Some of the camping pitches are positioned under trees, however there are also pitches with less shade.
