The peace in the mountains of Carinthia makes this the ultimate place to enjoyThe Nassfeld ski area, with 110 km of slopes in southern Austria, is very snow-sure and sunny due to its location on the south side of the Alps., It also features Austria's longest gondola, the Millennium Express. A 20-minute drive away, you will find the Weissensee lake, where many skating enthusiasts go in winter. In spring, summer, and autumn, this is a must for nature lovers. Within 10 minutes by car, you can also reach the impressive Garnitzenkloof, where you can go on some great hiking and walking. With the crystal-clear water in the middle of the mountains, this is one of the most beautiful spots in Austria. There is plenty of space for children to play. Don't feel like cooking? There are plenty of opportunities to eat out in the area. This place is easy to reach, without difficult mountain roads. Carinthia is lovely in both summer and winter. Winters are generally very sunny and cold, and summers are wonderfully warm.
