The site has an outdoor swimming pool with a shallow section for young children. There are also various safe playgrounds, picnics, playback shows, entertainment. There are frequent sightings of the 'Gulle Gulpen', a folk that supposedly live in the Gulperberg hills! The camping grounds have a camp shop and a restaurant where you can eat well. You must sample the local Limburg 'vlaai' (flan).Land of two rivers, the Geul and the GulpThere is plenty to see close to EuroParcs Gulperberg. You can take lovely walks and cycle trips in the countryside between the two rivers, the Geul and the Gulp. You are also in the triangle formed by Maastricht, Valkenburg and Vaals/Aachen which all offer plenty of culture and attractions. The atmospheric town of Gulpen also has plenty to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces... And are you curious about where that beer comes from? Don't miss the guided tour in the Gulpener Brewery!

From the hilly holiday park, you have stunning views of the countryside. There is plenty for families with young children to do is this part of the Netherlands. Look and see!The southernmost point of the NetherlandsA wonderful stay in the south of Limburg awaits you at Roompot Gulpen. Here, you spend the night at one of southernmost points of the Netherlands. That means you stay only a few kilometres from the German and Belgian borders. You have the chance to stand in three countries at the same time on the Three Country Point in Vaals (16 km). Or you can go on challenging cycling trips through the stunning landscape. The great cities of Maastricht (17 km), Luik (36 km) and Aken (19 km) are also close by. Perfect for a day out!In the hills of LimburgEverything is new at this holiday park. You see that straight away as you drive onto the site. The reception is brand-new and modern. Walk inside to register and take a look. The park is built against one of the Limburg hills. Very few cars are permitted. That makes it a perfect holiday destination for families with children of all ages. Yet, there is also plenty for families with children to do in the surrounding area. You can even easily travel around the world. How? Visit the World Gardens of Mondo Verde in Landgraaf and Gaia Zoo in Kerkrade. But there is even more fun to be had with the children. In Heerlen, there is the Kinderstad indoor amusement park and the Fairytale Forest in Valkenburg, which is great for kids up to age eight. Valkenburg and Maastricht are lovely for a day of shopping.
