You can enjoy your holiday at this park with your own camping equipment, but there are also several accommodation choices. You can, for example, sleep in a luxurious safari tent, a comfortable bungalow or a chalet. The camping pitches and rental accommodation are located in the forest and close to the recreational lake. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful weather and swim in the lake, especially in the summer. But there is plenty of water fun even when the weather is bad. Drenthe is the province of the dolmen burial tombs and the Dolmen Center is less than 3 kilometres from the holiday park. There is also plenty of beautiful countryside. Drouwenerzand nature reserve is 7 kilometres from the park and here you can take the most beautiful walks across the heathland. The amusement park of the same name, suitable for young children, is also close by. The Tree Top Walk (Boomkroonpad) is recommended if you are not afraid of heights. Walk along a 125-metre-long path between the treetops of the Drenthe forest. The highest point of the route is 22.5 metres. Are you brave enough?

At minimum of 26 degrees, this is the warmest pool in the Netherlands, so there's no need to cautiously put one toe in the water.Gnomes route for the youngestThe campsite organises a gnomes' route for children from 4 to 10 years. This treasure hunt, which lasts an hour and a half, is full of educational challenges. True to fashion, you will be given a pointed hat, a beard and a rucksack. Now and again you will meet a gnome with a blue pointed hat on his head. And you guessed it: you have to complete a task. Good luck!
