There is a full-size bed here, but due to the height of the ceiling it is not suitable for adults or tall peopleSint Annaland, is located on the island of Tholen, in the east of Zeeland. The marina in the village is in direct connection with the Oosterschelde. From the clubhouse in the harbour you have a view over Krabbenkreek with its mud flats and salt marshes. Sint Annaland's marina has a Blue Flag, an European eco-label. The marina has 320 berths and plenty of facilities such as a clubhouse, a playground, a water sports shop and a sail-making shop. There is a nice beach and Sint-Annaland also has a Dive site.The surrounding area is great for cycling and walking. Explore the beautiful nature of Tholen via the many cycling and walking paths. There are routes leading past picturesque villages, polders and dikes. Visit historic places such as the town of Tholen itself, with its old city walls and the Grote Kerk church. Sint-Maartensdijk and other villages also often have characteristic historical buildings. Take a boat trip through Tholen's waterways and enjoy the view of the countryside and villages from the water.The location is also perfect for trips further afield. The Philipsdam takes you straight to Bruinisse, which is a nice route to take. Bruinisse has a beach on the Grevelingenmeer where many water sports are practised, especially kiting. At 5 minutes' walking distance you are already in the village centre of Zonnemaire where you will find a small restaurant with a terrace. At the entrance of the park there is also the possibility to have mealsLocated between Brouwershaven and Zierikzee, Zonnemaire lies in the corner of a dike and is a small agricultural and tourism village with about 750 inhabitants. The village itself has a small beach on the Grevelingen, the 'Haventje van Bommenede'; a windmill and a café-restaurant "d'Ouwe Smisse". There is a lot to do and visit on the island. Not to be missed are: the beach at the Westpunt; monument city Zierikzee; the forest of Westenschouwen and endless bicycle rides. This fine holiday home is located on the edge of the village of Zonnemaire, on the Zeeland island of Schouwen-Duiveland. The house is close to a beach on the Grevelingen, where you can swim and sunbathe; ideal for children. The Grevelingen is very popular with water sports enthusiasts, divers and anglers. The holiday home is located in a small holiday park with 14 houses. Around the house there is a garden with plenty of space for children to play.Located between Brouwershaven and Zierikzee, Zonnemaire lies in the corner of a dike and is a small agricultural and tourism village with about 750 inhabitants. The village itself has a small beach on the Grevelingen, the 'Haventje van Bommenede'; a windmill and a café-restaurant "d'Ouwe Smisse". There is a lot to do and visit on the island. Not to be missed are: the beach at the Westpunt; monument city Zierikzee; the forest of Westenschouwen and endless bicycle rides over countless dykes. The island of Schouwen-Duivenland used to consist of four separate islands. For those interested in history, visit the Watersnoodmuseum in Ouderkerk (Zonnemaire was located in a rare dry polder in 1953); the bunker complex de Punt near the Brouwersdam; Slot Moermond in Burgh or visit and climb the fat tower in Zierikzee. Veere, Goes and Middelburg are also nice towns even on a day when the sun shines a little less. You can enjoy the sea and the water on the Brouwersdam; in the marina at Bruinisse; on the Grevelingen with its various islands where you can moor a (rental) boat or on the dike at the Schelphoek. Cyclists can enjoy dike routes along the south side of the island, through the dike waters or over the Zeeland Bridge and Oosterscheldedam. Quiet undiscovered spots include: walking in the dunes, the lighthouse in Nieuw-Haamstede, the ring village of Dreischor, the fruit picking garden de Stelle in Ouderkerk and walking in the village of SchudddebeursOpmerkingen:Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. This cosy holiday home is located only a few minutes away from Middelburg centre. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, equipped with all modern conveniences. In the conservatory is the dining room, which leads to the garden. The first (children's) bedroom has a single bed. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed. The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin, toilet and washbasin. The third large bedroom has been created in the attic, with a double bedMiddelburg is the capital of the province of Zeeland in the south-west of the Netherlands. The city has a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages, and it is one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands. Middelburg has a beautiful historic centre. There are beautiful buildings, narrow streets and several canals that criss-cross the city. A cruise through these canals offers a unique perspective of the city. It is lovely to stroll through the old streets and admire the architecture. For example, the city hall, an imposing building from the late Gothic period.The abbey tower, known as the Lange Jan, is a striking tower that dominates Middelburg's skyline. The Abbey houses the Zeeuws Museum, where you can find an impressive collection highlighting the history of Zeeland. Well worth a visit!
