It is within walking distance of Infocentrum IJssel Den Nul which hosts a nice museum about this area with brickworks and rich history, including the Cold War waterline, the IJsselline near Olst, a defence line built in the utmost secrecy between 1951 and 1953. At the Infocentre is a restaurant, a natural swimming pool, a garden with an orchard, a water playground in the Lange Kolk and a tow ferry to a walking route through the wetlands along the IJssel. The Hanseatic cities of Deventer, 14 km away, and Zwolle, 22 km away, are also well worth a visit. In our holiday house, you will find everything for a carefree long weekend with family, friends and children. With the extensive play area, the kids will have a great time should the weather be a little less pleasant. There is plenty to do for young and old(er)!
