You can enjoy walks with your furry friend right in the back of the park in the forest. If your dog happens to relieve itself in the park, please ensure you clean up after them.For safety reasons, the lighting of fireworks at your holiday home on New Year's Eve is strictly prohibited. Fireworks may only be set off in the central parking lot near the reception.For the comfort and safety of all our guests, adolescents and young adults under the age of 25 must be accompanied by at least one adult over the age of 25 during their stay. For bookings involving young adults, we reserve the right to request a deposit upon arrival.Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available, though signal strength may vary. One free Wi-Fi code is provided per accommodation for a single device. Additional codes are available for purchase. Please note that the internet connection may not be suitable for online work or downloading large files and is best suited for messaging services.As our guest, you'll receive a special discount for Tierpark Nordhorn! Please inquire at the reception for your discount card.A swimming pool is located a short distance from the park. Please note that there is an entrance fee for the swimming pool.Arrival and Departure:You are welcome to check in between 4 PM and 6 PM. During the low season, reception hours may vary, and early check-in might be possible upon request.Check-out time is before 10 AM on your departure day.If you anticipate arriving after 6 PM, please contact the reception in advance to arrange key collection.Upon arrival, please check in at the reception to receive the keys to your accommodation.Additional Information (Mandatory Booking):Bed linen will be provided for your stay.Service costs, including an advance payment for gas, water, and electricity, are applicable.A cold surcharge applies during the period from October 1st to April 1st.A final cleaning fee will be applied to each reservation.Optional Amenities (Subject to Availability):Towels can be rented per person.Kitchen linen sets are available for rent.Cots and high chairs are available for rent per stay.
