In short, an ideal campsite to stay with the whole family.Lake Vouglans, waterfalls and cavesFrom the Le Moulin campsite, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the region: the Vouglans lake at 800m, the lakes of Clairvaux-les-Lacs at 5km, hiking and mountain bike routes, the friendly departmental capital of Lons-le-Saunier at 18km, the caves of Moidons, the waterfalls of the Hérisson at 20km, the toy museum in Moirans-en-Montagne, the pipe museum and art museum in Saint-Claude, the lake and wine route.

Cast a lineThe name says it all: this is the place to go fishing. And there's more. You can enjoy yourself on and around the water in all kinds of ways. You can sunbathe on the waterfront or take a river trip by kayak at Camping les Pêcheurs. The campsite is located directly on the River Ain and in the middle of the beautiful Jura countryside. Those seeking tranquillity and nature lovers will find what they are looking for here.Your choice of fun in the waterCamping Les Pêcheurs is an excellent choice for water lovers as there is plenty of water close by. You can enjoy paddling, swimming or casting your fishing rod in the River Ain. For a bit more of a challenge, you can rent kayaks at the campsite. This way you can explore the area from the water.A little further away are several lakes. The Lac de Vouglans is a reservoir in the River Ain with plenty of water sports opportunities. The Lac de Clairvaux-les-Lacs is a great place to visit with your family. The water here stays shallow for a long time. A walk past the waterfalls of Hérisson is also an enjoyable thing to do. Take your walking shoes and a picnic basket!Camping without any frillsYou hardly notice the campsite from the road. No large buildings or plenty of luxury, just quiet and natural grounds. There is a lovely covered swimming pool for cooling off and having some fun in the water. And you can also walk from your camping pitch to the river with a sunbathing area on the bank.There is plenty of entertainment at the campsite on the multi-sports field, the pétanque court or at the table tennis table. Your little ones can let off steam in the playground and on the two large bouncy castles. In the high season you can order bread at the campsite. For your daily shopping you go to the village 200 metres away. You will find a large supermarket in Clairvaux-les-Lacs, about five kilometres from the campsite.Pure mountain airCamping les Pêcheurs is located in the Jura, named after the mountain range with the same name. The mountain range forms the border with Switzerland. The mountains are not very high but full of variety of forests, lakes, stalactite caves, gorges and waterfalls. It's a paradise for nature lovers full of opportunities for adventurous trips and tours. A short walk, a brisk bike ride, a day trip by car: you always come across something special here.

Your children will have a great time in the playground and there is a dedicated children's entertainment team in high season. Marvel at the amazing viewsIt is no wonder that there are so many satisfied guests at the Domaine de l'Epinette campsite. You have wonderful views of the lake and densely wooded hills from the swimming pool and the patio area around it. Lakes and hillsThere are slight variations in height within the grounds of Camping Domaine de l'Épinette. The campsite is located in the popular lake area of the Jura, with splendid waterfalls and beaches. This is the perfect destination for fans of water sports. You can hire a pedalo, go water skiing, surfing, sailing or simply swim a few lengths. Lake Chalain is 6 km away and you can see Lake Vouglans via a trip on an old-fashioned paddle steamer, 'Le Louisiane'. Don't forget to bring your fishing rod to catch trout! Further east towards Switzerland, the Jura becomes more mountainous with breath-taking landscapes. The huge reservoir of Barrière de Vouglans lies to the south.
