This well-known seaside resort is also the place where you can find nice shops and restaurants. The other day, seek out the peace and quiet of the nearby forest. Or go sniff culture in Alkmaar, within 15 minutes you are at the waagplein where you can taste a good piece of cheese and Dutch beer. If you like golf or would like to try this sport for a day you can go next door.
