With its lovely swimming pool and the beautiful South of France sandy beaches at your doorstep, you can be certain of a camping holiday with days of fun in the water.A drink by the waterThe campsite is located on a strip of land between the Mediterranean and the Lake of Ingril, so you can jump into the waves at any time of the day. And the Tam Tam Beach Club will serve you a drink when the time is right. The campsite's swimming pool has an unusual shape which gives you the feeling you are in a whole series of small swimming pools. That gives it a pleasant ambiance. After your swim you can relax on a sun lounger around the pool, while enjoying a drink from the bar of course. The towns of Montpellier and Sète are within cycling distance. You will see plenty of birds and other natural treasures in the inland seas between these towns. This was formerly a salt extraction area. The old salt pans are now protected natural areas. The Gardiole is located further inland, this is a lovely walking area with medieval remains and even prehistoric buildings. And this is where you will find beautiful Mediterranean vegetation and lovely views over the sea. The vineyards producing the sweet Muscat wine are famous here. You really should sample them… Day trips further away include Carcassonne or the Gorges de l'Herault.
