In case of damage the value of the broken or cracked objects, cleaning costs for smudged carpets, blankets, matrasses, bed-linen etc will have to be paid by the tenant. The tenant is to use the furniture and other objects solely in the room where they are placed. It is formally forbidden to move them outside of the rented property. The tenant will not throw things down sinks, bathtubs, bidets, showers, toilets, drainage systems, etc, which could block them. If blockage occurs, the tenant will be held liable for the costs for unblocking. The tenant will occupy the house and take care of it in the manner of a good family father.The rented holiday home may in no circumstances be inhabited by a larger number of persons than indicated in the description and the reservation, except after written permission by the landlord.The tenant will execute all necessary urgent works for maintenance of the rented property, like the replacement of household appliances, if necessary.
