Campsite located on a small Bay. Direct access to the beach and about ten pitches with view of the beach. Please note: at low tide the water draws ± 0.5 km away. Very good area, quiet situation in a slightly undulating to flat landscape. Fine bicycle trips along the car-free ' Vélocéan ' route. On ± 100 m a good restaurant with reasonable prices. Rental: specially equipped mobile home for disabled people and customized wheelchair for the beach.

The road next to the campsite is a car-restricted marked bicycle route. On 450 m walking path along the coast, southern: Sandy and flat, Northern: Rocky and wavy. Dogs allowed up to 10 kg.

Lovely family campsite on the Atlantic coastThis lovely family campsite is located on the Atlantic Coast close to the towns of St. Nazaire and Nantes. The sea, beach and centre of the village of La Bernerie-en-Retz are within walking distance (400 metres). You and your family will not be bored at this campsite in France. Wonderful water park and leisure poolCamping Les Écureuils has a fully renovated water park and leisure pool with heated swimming pool, slides, jacuzzi, waterfall and a safe children's area with games. You can relax on the loungers around the swimming pool. Adults can take part in water polo and aqua gym during high season, and if the weather is not so good, you can go to the indoor pool.Nice and busyThere is an entertainment programme for both young and old and you can enjoy a drink at the bar. If you don't feel like cooking one evening, you can get a take-away meal. Sports enthusiasts can play tennis on the new tennis courts. You can also play boules on the new bowling green, enjoy the trampoline and the multisports field . And don't forget: table tennis! Mussels and other shellfishThe Atlantic beaches are just 400 metres away. You can swim in the pool filled with sea water and learn to sail at the sailing school. At low tide, you can go fishing for mussels and other types of shellfish! There is plenty to see in the area. You can enjoy the nearby fishing villages. The charming fishing harbour at Pornic is highly recommended. You can also visit the Noirmoutier aquarium, explore the islands or visit the salt museum in Batz.

Close to the Sea (ca. 300 m) with beautiful sheltered beach between two rocky outcrops. Crowded in July-August. Between 15/7 and 1/9 booking recommended. New from April 2014, Indoor playground opened.
Good 3-star campsite with modern and well kept sanitary facilities. Very well located to explore the surrounding area including La Baule, Le Croisic, St. Nazaire and the salt-marshes of Guérande.

Fun in the water and natural beauty at the Pont-Mahé A holiday filled with fun in the water in the beautiful surroundings of the bay of Pont-Mahé. That's what you'll have at Sandaya Le Moulin de l'Eclis campsite. You can walk onto the wide sandy beach right from the campsite. At high tide you can take a dip in the sea, but it is also the perfect place for watersports. There is more aquatic fun in the campsite; the swimming complex with several pools and slides is a paradise for the children. And there's plenty to discover around the campsite. Take a stroll through Brières nature reserve, or visit Ranrouët Castle.Ocean beaches and woodlandSandaya Le Moulin de l'Eclis campsite is situated on the border of Pays de la Loire and Brittany. An unusual area known not only for its sunny ocean beaches, but also for the beautiful countryside. You will spend your holiday in natural surroundings, from where you can go in any direction. The Brières nature reserve, the islands in the Gulf of Morbihan and the Guérande headland are all close by. The campsite is located right on the bay of Pont-Mahé, so you can look out over the water each morning while enjoying your coffee.Fresh water or sea water? Surely your holiday is not complete without a dip in the water? Then you're in the right place, swimming is always possible. The campsite has a large water park with indoor and outdoor pools, slides, a wellness section and a lovely lawn. Relax in the sun, plunge into the pool or take part in the aqua gym: there is fun in the water for all ages. You can also have a good time on the beach in the bay. There is a great difference between high and low tide, so swimming is not always possible. But the shallow water is the perfect spot for kite surfers. And at low tide you can scour the beach with the children in search of shells or sea creatures. Plenty to doLuxurious heated toilet facilities, a well-stocked campsite shop and an excellent restaurant; the campsite has excellent amenities. There are croissants and fresh bread each morning, and cold drinks and ice cream are available throughout the day at the snack bar. And while you are enjoying yourself at the outdoor café, the children will be having the time of their lives. There is a lovely playground with different types of play equipment, trampolines and bouncy castles. There are sports fields for a game of football or volleyball, and there's a kids club with plenty of games and activities.Camping with sea viewsDo you like to camp with sea views, or do you prefer to look out across natural countryside? You choose! You will find spacious pitches and well maintained grounds with flowering plants and bushes at Sandaya Le Moulin de l'Eclis campsite. The spaces on the beach are pleasantly located under the trees. At the back of the campsite you will be camping more in the sun and you can look out across the woods. You can also choose to stay in the luxurious and well maintained rental accommodation.Island hoppingIt's easy to plan a great day out from the campsite. Go island hopping in the Gulf of Morhiban, for example. This bay contains dozens of small and slightly bigger islands, including the beautiful Île aux Moines and Île d'Arz. There are more places to visit on the Guérande headland. The medieval village with the same name and La Baule Bay are also worth visiting. But that goes for almost all the places in the vicinity. So get on your bike and explore the cycle paths along the rugged coast. Or discover the (migratory) birds and the marshes of the Brières nature reserve. Every trip out is a real experience!
