The central point of Les Arches campsite is the water park with a heated outdoor pool and paddling pool, water slide and sun deck. Near the river La Claduègne, which flows through the middle of the campsite, a large natural swimming pool is created in high season. The perfect spot for paddling, catching tadpoles or building dams. You can keep an eye on the children from the beach. There is also a playground and football field nearby, and in high season there is a bar. There is a waterfall a few minutes’ walk away where you can also enjoy a nice swim. There are occasional sports and craft activities for children, entertaining activities for complete families and original activities for adults as well as musical performances. There are also a number of playgrounds scattered around the campsite and some sports fields and play equipment. For a quick bite you can eat pizza or something from the snack bar. The bread and breakfast service is very pleasant. An old train viaduct, now only used for bicycles, with characteristic arches is where the campsite gets its name from. There’s great walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity. There are several small rivers for swimming in the area. A must-see is the Pont d'Arc over the river Ardèche. The Ardèche lends itself perfectly to sportive, cultural and leisure activities. Many water sports are possible, and for the more adventurous there are plenty of opportunities for challenging outdoor sports.
